Dates(19%), Self Raising Flour(WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Raising Agents(Acid Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate)), Sugar, EGGS, Butter(10%)(MILK), Bi-Carbonate of Soda, Chicory Extract, Dried Coffee Extract, Vanilla Extract. MAY CONTAIN THE OCCASIONAL DATE STONE. Made in a kitchen where nuts are used.
Sauce(41%);
Double Cream(40%)(MILK), Butter(MILK), Cane Sugar.

A standard portion cut out of foil container into a dessert bowl/plate in a microwave for approximately 30-35 seconds (700w – microwaves do vary – please check) will be ready to eat serve with cream / ice cream/ clotted cream.
The whole pudding can be warmed in the oven in a bain-marie (dish of water half way up side of pudding) leaving lid in place (having removed plastic outer wrapper) for approximately 30 mins at a temperature of 120c. When warm serve with cream / ice cream / clotted cream.

Purchased a selection of these amazing puddings at Fileys Food Festival recently. Only eaten the sticky toffee one so far, omg, its absolutely delicious. The sponge was light & fluffy, & the sauce, to die for, pure indulgence, every spoonful, a proper old fashioned pudding.
Gutted you won’t be at the next festival but looking forward to seeing you again in October to stock up.
Hopefully you’ll be bringing Christmas puddings with you, though no problem if you don’t, because we’ll ordering on line as I’m sure they’ll be as amazing as everything else you bake -

First time I get one from the Rhubab Festival in Wakefield, as my partner recommended me to try one (I’m in UK for 4 years and keep on discovering new flavours). We tried other sticky toffee puddings from few different brands, some of them claimed that their puddings are ‘the best in the world’. After all those tests I can say that this one is the best and I’ll definitely will buy more and more.
Absolutely delightful with vanilla ice cream (we are using Glacier vegan ones) and highly addictive! -
