Made with fresh oranges but with the addition of delicious handmade blood orange marmalade for a great orange flavour.
All our sticky puddings have a minimum 6 week fridge shelf life and are also suitable for home freezing up to 6 months. The perfect stand by dessert!

SPONGE(58%):
Self Raising Flour(WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, (Raising Agents: Acid Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate)), Golden Syrup, English Butter(MILK), EGGS, White Sugar, MILK, Orange Zest(0.8%), Bicorbonate of Soda.
SAUCE(42%):
Double Cream(MILK), Butter(MILK), White Sugar, Marmalade(20%)
For allergens see BOLD capitals. Made in a kitchen where nuts are used.
A standard portion cut out of foil container into a dessert bowl/plate in a microwave for approximately 30-35 seconds (700w – microwaves do vary – please check) will be ready to eat serve with cream / ice cream/ clotted cream.
The whole pudding can be warmed in the oven in a bain-marie (dish of water half way up side of pudding) leaving lid in place (having removed plastic outer wrapper) for approximately 30 mins at a temperature of 120c. When warm serve with cream / ice cream / clotted cream.
